With over 20 years of experience in senior living—including 16 years in Florida and 5 in Georgia—Armando Cardenas brings steady, hands-on leadership to every community he serves. A Certified Administrator in both states, he has opened two senior living communities, launched two home care companies, and led properties through every operational stage—from challenged communities to stabilized settings to those undergoing a change of ownership (CHOW).
Armando believes every resident has a unique story—and their environment should reflect that. His vision is to create vibrant, hospitality-driven communities that feel more like a cruise ship than a care facility: engaging, personalized, and full of life.
