Bradley Hoecker
Chief Financial Officer
Since 1989, Mr. Hoecker has been active in the financial services sector. Over the past several years, he has offered financial services to various companies and real estate ventures, involving financing, legal structuring, bookkeeping, and tax guidance. Throughout this period, he has overseen numerous successful real estate endeavors in Georgia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York. Prior to his current position, Mr. Hoecker spent over 20 years as a private equity executive, serving as a partner in two firms that collectively invested more than $2.0 billion in equity capital. In this capacity, he was responsible for financial analysis, structuring and restructuring, fundraising, and investment supervision, including the divestment of many investments. He has also held director roles on several private and public company boards, including Chairman of the Board, and served on Audit and Compensation Committees for numerous companies.
