Regional Director of Operations
Julie Johnson is a dynamic Executive Director with a proven record of strategic leadership across the senior living and hospitality industry. Julie brings over a decade of experience in operational excellence, team development, and community engagement.
Her diverse background spans from regional oversight of 20 housing communities to being the Executive Director at Manor Lake Ellijay. She consistently drives measurable growth and enhances team performance by fostering a culture of accountability mixed with grace. Known for her hands-on leadership style and commitment to regulatory excellence, Julie has successfully guided teams through organizational transitions, digital innovations, and complex compliance frameworks in both private and government-subsidized environments.
Julie’s influence extends beyond her role, with active contributions to community leadership as Past Chair Elect of the Gilmer County Chamber of Commerce, former advisor with the University of North Georgia’s PEAKS Program and the Gilmer Initiative for Community Housing. She is a Certified Assisted Living Administrator, Certified Apartment Manager, and a proud advocate for staff development and resident-centered care. In her spare time, Julie enjoys creating videos/reels similar to Spielberg – minus the talent, budget, cast, or the Oscars.
