Katie McClure serves as the Director of Administrative Services for Manor Lake Management, where her passion for operational excellence and team collaboration helps ensure that every detail behind the scenes runs smoothly. With a deep-rooted love for organization, time management, and—yes—a good spreadsheet.
Before joining the Manor Lake family, Katie was the proud owner and operator of Honey & Root Salon, where she combined her entrepreneurial spirit with a keen sense for customer service and business development. This hands-on experience gave her a unique perspective on leadership, problem-solving, and the importance of creating welcoming environments.
Katie believes in being a dependable team player, maintaining a positive outlook, and never losing sight of what truly matters—our residents…… and color-coding every spreadsheet like her life depends on it.
