Mickey Dishmon, CALA
Manor Lake Hiram – Executive Director
Mickey began her journey in senior living in 2007, working weekends in the kitchen of a senior community. It didn’t take long for her to realize that serving seniors was truly her calling.
From the kitchen, she moved into resident care and gradually grew into many roles within the community — from activities to business office manager, a position she proudly held for six years. She later stepped into sales and marketing and eventually took on the role of Executive Director — something she never imagined when she first started.
When COVID hit, she knew her team needed strong, compassionate leadership, and was honored to guide them through that challenging time. Since then, she’s led teams to consistent growth and success, and is proud to now be part of the Manor Lake family, continuing to make a difference every day.
