Santasha “Nicky” Siggers is a dedicated Executive Director with a heart for service and a proven track record in senior living leadership. A native of Chicago, Nicky has proudly called Atlanta home for the past 15 years. Her journey into senior care began with a personal calling to serve older adults—especially those affected by Alzheimer’s and dementia. What started as a passion quickly became a lifelong purpose.
Over the years, Nicky has successfully led both assisted living and stand-alone memory care communities, developing a leadership style rooted in compassion, integrity, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by residents and their families. She believes that the best care environments are those where every resident feels seen, heard, and valued—and where staff feel just as supported and inspired.
Nicky’s focus is on building strong teams, fostering community connections, and ensuring every resident enjoys dignity, purpose, and joy each day.
