Thomas Kane
Vice President of Construction
Thomas Kane has been a part of Manor Lake Development since its establishment in 2017. Serving as Vice President of Construction, he oversees all aspects of our projects, from pre-development to production and quality control. With over 35 years of construction experience, Tom brings a wealth of expertise in the development, construction, and reconstruction of multifamily housing.
Before joining Manor Lake Development, Tom held positions as Vice President at PRS Companies, Vice President at NRC, and Owner of Property Condition Advisors. In these roles, he managed the development and construction of more than 36,000 apartments, condominiums, and senior housing units in the Southeast.
Tom and his wife, married for 32 years, reside in Acworth, GA.
