Will Creekmore
Vice President of Development
Will Creekmore currently holds the position of Vice President of Development at Manor Lake Development, where he is extensively involved in land acquisition, financing, and project oversight. Previously, he served as Vice President of Sales at Synergy Solutions Crisp County, LP, overseeing the procurement and sales of recyclable materials across three divisions. Prior to this role, Mr. Creekmore held the position of Vice President at U.S. Strategic Capital, a boutique investment banking firm in Atlanta, GA, specializing in private equity, venture capital, and financial institutions. He was instrumental in founding the firm in 2013, following two years with an investment banking group based in Dallas, TX. Mr. Creekmore holds a BBA in Real Estate and a BBA in Business Management from the University of Georgia. He resides in Cumming, GA, with his wife, Katie, and their two children.
