William Creekmore
President
William Creekmore currently serves as the President and Founding Partner of Manor Lake Development, LLC. Previously, he held the position of COO and founding partner at Synergy Solutions Crisp County, LP, a venture encompassing municipal waste recycling, ethanol production, and steel processing based in Cordele, GA, from 2013 to 2016. Prior to this role, he served as President of PRS Companies, a company engaged in multifamily, affordable housing, student housing, and market rate development, construction, and management across 14 states, from 1993 to 2005. During his tenure, PRS oversaw an annual development volume of $250 million, comprising over 5,000 units per year. From 1985 to 1992, Mr. Creekmore was the owner of Commercial Improvements, Inc., a renovation firm specializing in apartments and nursing homes. William and his wife Jane reside in Waleska, GA.
